Info - Duties Our goal as directors is to be a leader and a teacher in order to make coaches better. We need to lead as an example. We represent the values of PCA certified Double-Goal Coach. Our areas of focus are quality, safety, and fun. These are they keys to a successful program. We set the standard for professionalism and enthusiasm for the coaches. Throughout the summer, I worked in variety on locations for each camps. These are such as, Library Park in Columbus, Shaker Heights in Cleveland, and Adventure Park in Powell. Compensation Hourly: $17 Specific Goals Personally, my goal is to develop my coaching and management skills. As a director, this is a great opportunity for me to challenge myself. I get to prepare camp schedule, hold orientation session for parents, create fun camp games, and teach the positive sides of playing sports. We have core values and each day, we focus on these values. For example, we teach ''respect'' on Mondays, ''Teamwork'' on Tuesdays, ''Inclusion'' on Wednesdays, ''Leadership'' on Thursdays, ''Sportsmanship'' on Fridays. In addition, we award kids with a Skyhawks certificate at the end of the week. For me, meeting with different people and industry professionals is very special. I want to expand my network and connections in sports industry. I am doing my best to take full advantage of this opportunity.
